Arbatos užplikymas
Vieną arbatos pakelį galima užplikyti 4-5 kartus per dieną vienodais laiko tarpais. Kiekvieną kartą tas pats arbatos pakelis įmerkiamas į pilną karšto apie 70-80°C vandens stiklinę ir palaikomas 1 – 3 minutes (pirmą kartą užtenka pakelį palaikyti tik keletą sekundžių, kol vanduo nusidažys). Vakare arbatoje bus mažesnė kordicepso ir kitų sudėtinių dalių koncentracija, todėl miegas nesutrinka.

Puer arbata (Pu erh)
Puer arbata turi keletą skonių rūšių, iš jų – saldaus, kartaus, aitraus, rūgštaus, “vandens skonio”, “skonio be skonio” ir kt. Ypatingos prasmės turi “skonis be skonio” kaip absoliuti duoklė Čanj (Dzen) tradicijai. Kaip tik ši detalė daro Puer arbatą vieną iš brangiausių arbatos rūšių. Geriausia arbata turi daugybę subtilių aromatų ir skonio niuansų. Aromatai ir niuansai skirstomi į keletą pagrindinių rūšių: orchidėjos aromatas, datulės aromatas, lotoso aromatas ir kamparo aromatas.
Puer rūšių arbata auginama Junnanjo provincijoje, Sišuan Banjna vietovėje. Kadangi nuo seno šios rūšies arbatą surinkdavo ir supakuodavo Puer vietovėje, arbata taip pavadinta šio miestelio garbei. Apskrities miestas Puer taip pat yra Puer Chani tautybės savivaldybės centras, priklausantis Symao rajonui. Jis įsikūręs Junnanjo provincijos pietuose, už 373 kilometrų nuo Kunjamino miesto. Senovinis miesto pavadinimas – Ninėr apskritis. Chani tautybės kalboje žodis Puer reiškia “kaimas ant vandens” su nežymiu prasminiu niuansu – “namas, tėvonija”.
Puer arbatos istoriją galima atsekti iki Rytų Chanj dinastijos, tai yra daugiau nei prieš 2000 metų. Liaudyje užtinkama pasakojimų, kad jau tais laikais Puer arbatą augino Trijų imperatorių epochos strategas Čžugė Lianas; todėl manoma, kad Puer kultivuojama mažiausiai 1700 metų.
Tano dinastijos laikais Puer arbata vadinosi Buži, buvo auginama Injšėn vietovėje (vienoje klimato juostoje, kaip ir dabartinis Symao ir Sišuan Banjna). Injšeno arbata buvo Puer arbatos pirmtakas. Juanio dinastijos epochoje ją pradėjo vadinti arbata Pu. Ir tik Minų dinastijos Min Vanj metais ją pradėjo vadinti Puer arbata. Puer arbatos kultivavimas sužydėjo Cino dinastijos laikais. Knygoje “Rūmų pastebėjimai apie Puer priežiūrą” rašoma: “Puer auga ant vieno iš žinomiausių arbatos kalnų… 800 varstų aplink, šimtai tūkstančių kopia į kalnus, kad ją užaugintų”. Šie laikai – tai Puer arbatos aukso amžius. Sy Mao ir Sišuan Banjna rajonai tapo pagrindine Puer arbatos žaliavos auginimo baze. Minų dinastijos epochoje iš Puer miesto nusidriekė tolyn šeši senoviniai arbatos keliai, kuriais Puer arbata buvo gabenama ir parduodama žemyninei Kinijai, Tibetui, Vietnamui, Birmai, Tailandui ir kitom šalims. Be to, ją taip pat transportavo jūra į Honkongo ir Makao salas, Pietryčių Azijos šalis ir net į Europą. Nuo 1897 metų iš pradžių Prancūzija, o vėliau ir Anglija įkūrė Sy Mao muitinių postus, tuo padidindamos Puer arbatos tolimąjį eksportą. Tea brewing:
One packet of tea can be brewed 3-4 times a day at equal intervals. Every time the same packet is dipped into full glass of hot (about 90oC) water for 1-3 minutes (when using the tea bag for the first time it’s good enough to wait for just a few seconds until the water has been colored). In the evening the concentration of cordyceps and other ingredients will be smaller, this is why the sleep will not be disturbed. Please note that it is recommended to drink Tea “Liuwei Cha” not later than 6 p.m.
